I just wanted to share this recipe that I recently found. All I had to do to make it gluten free was substitute the soy sauce for gluten free soy sauce. It was delicious and very quick and easy to make. The second time I made it I ended up doubling up the sauce ingredients and cooking some broccoli to add more veggies.

OK that is delish!  It is a totally forgiving recipe too.  I didn't have any ground ginger (I don't really like ginger), and I didn't have any scallions on hand either; still it turned out great!  Added broccoli and a small amount of corn starch to thicken the sauce.
