Anyone Use/try/or Bake With Whole Foods' 365 Organic Cane Sugar?

There is typically something added (cornstarch or tapioca starch) to the powdered sugar to keep it from clumping so that may be the issue.  There shouldn't be anything like that in the regular sugar.  HTH


There was tapioca starch added to the powdered sugar, but why would that have been an issue? I've added it plenty of times before to recipes.
