Yougurt is made from a good bacteria that is helpful to your gut. Sour cream isn't.

That's why yougurt is often recommended.

hi,

yogurt is diffrent than sour cream. yogurt has bacteria in it that helps your intestines with the bad bacteria. also helps with overgrowth of other bacteria's that can cause yeast type infections .

eaten it for years , I make my own mostly , usually just buy a plain cup of yogurt to start then save about a third of my last cup to use as base and culture for new batch.

In a hurry and no time I eat yoplait, called they are gluten free. this month .always like to do my own research, just feel better that way.

there are several brands of plain yogurt safe and gluten free .and many recipes on line for homemade yogurt .
