I've been gluten free since diagnosis about a year and a half ago.

I'm currently taking:

vitamin D -- was diagnosed with low levels

magnesium -- started taking this as a result of a recommendation I read somewhere

calcium -- I can't tolerate dairy

CoQ10 -- was diagnosed with low levels

vitamin A -- just started this yesterday. If I'm not eating TONS of vitamin A containing foods, my skin gets bad.

Sorry for the typo in the thread title. I was typing while tired!

I wrote this down a while ago - celiac deficiencies : Vitamin D, B 12, B9, A, E, K , Iron , zinc, and magnesium.

While healing I made sure to get these but now I just take a multi about every other day . Occaisionally take magnesium. I eat about 80% vegetarian. Lots of raw for max enzymes and vitamin/mineral content.

When needed I take valerian and chamomile tea for anxiety. I take melatonin when needed for insomnia.

I take

15000 IU of D3

Chlorophyll complex

Vitamin C

My wellness dr put me on all these and they help a lot. My vitamin D is back in range, the chlorophyll complex coats my intestine, reduces inflammation and reduces my nausea.
