If the grill was clean then grilled chicken breast is gluten free. That is assuming there are no sauces on the breast. if there are then you must make sure the sauces used are gluten free. Wild rice is gluten free! :)

 

HOWEVER restaurant foods are always chancy. There is much potential for cross contamination. You need to become very proficient at grilling the staff as to their training in gluten cross contamination and STILL cross contamination happens. You take your chances when you go to restaurants.
