Generally with things like canned veggies, a read through of the ingredients list is all you need to be okay.  No gluten ingredients=ok.  If there was nothing on the can indicating otherwise, it is going to be safe.  If you want to be double sure for if you use it in the future, you can write or call the manufacturer.
