Gluten and Skin Elasticity

i started gluten free recently, and feel much better. My brain is so much sharper. Gluten is an almost disabling ingredient for me. It renders me useless , and the brain fog is such that I don't realise what's going on. I shoot up the autistic scale when on gluten, I can barely string two words together.

However, Since starting gluten-free, I have noticed my skin has lost some elasticity. It's plumper (presumably because I'm absorbing more nutrients) but also less elastic. They say you are what you eat, and gluten is by nature stretchy and elastic.

I'm wondering has anyone else noticed this? The only thing I've found saying similar is this - https://m.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/19a73e/skin_changes_after_going_gf/
