Unfortunately, because Trader Joe's private labels most of their products (I can not get a good response from them either), I do not shop there anymore for processed gluten-free products.  I do buy Joe's O's for my gluten-eating kid.  That is pretty much the only potentially gluten-containingproduct I allow in the house (due to creoss contamination issues).  

If you have access to a  Costco, I buy Costco Rotisserie chicken which is gluten free and I have "grilled" the chicken guy for safe handling practices!  I also cook chicken, ground beef, carnitas (pork), soups, stews, chili, and freeze and defrost for quick meals.
