New Nordic Hair Volume

Has anyone taken the supplement New Nordic Hair Volume?

The website says "This product is free from sugar, salt, gluten, yeast, soya and dairy products and is formulated without the use of preservatives, flavours or colours of any kind. Manufactured in the EU, under pharmaceutical control of purity and content"

Also on amazon.com it says "

Hair Volume is gluten free and can safely be taken by people with an intolerance to gluten, who suffer from celiac disease or an autoimmune disorder."

So I guess it's safe? I'm just not sure if I've felt right since taking it but I don't know if it's related to this supplement or some other factor....

Well, their website does say gluten free. Could you be reacting to something else in the tablets?

dania Explorer

Yeah I could be reacting to something else in it...it might not even be related to this supplement. I just never know with supplements, like if it says free from gluten, is that enough? What about cross-contamination in manufacturing?

I am actually in the middle of this article currently already!   Thank you.  This website is extraordinarily helpful.

This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

Gotcha.  I'll give 100% gluten-free a whirl after my testing concludes.  I know the traditional endoscopy is the gold standard, but I've already had that done and it was normal, so my gastro wants to do a capsule endo to try to cover more surface area and see if she can see anything further than the traditional endo... If I do have Celiac, I just seem to be on the very early end, I think.

Given your long list of symptoms it would make sense to see if a 100% gluten-free diet helps relieve them, especially the anemia, and if so, it would make sense to just stay 100% gluten-free. Also, capsule endoscopy is not ideal for diagnosing celiac disease, as subtle villi damage cannot be detect by it.

A classic CYA response, but their answer means that yes, Alprazolam 0.25 TABLETS contain zero gluten ingredients.
