    So first, nobody here has called you ignorant. Second, "What the animal, eats you eat" isn't correct, especially if you are implying that gluten fed animals mean that their meat would not be gluten-free. There is no research to back this up...
    We sound very similar. It wasn't until my diagnosis as Celiac that I looked further and changed all my skin care products, shampoo, makeup.  Amazingly, the skin rashes (Stress rashes according to my Dr & Derm) my head rashes, my canker ...
    I wanted to respond again, since I was criticized for not having the research. I am posting the research and explaining better.  For starters, I stumbled upon this post, while doing research on a chemical that may have gluten for my safety....
