Is Arginate and Acetyl L Carnitine ok for Celiacs?

Recently I started taking a supplement, (gluten free) of Arginate, Acetyl L Carnitine and Alpha Lipoic Acid for circulatory, sleeplessness and energy issues. It seemed to really help with those issues but after 10 days or so I started getting the old familiar mouth sores I was plagued with before the biopsy revealed my celiac disease and going on a gluten free diet. Has anyone had experience with Arginate and L Acetyl Carnitine?

Sorry, that you are ill.   Are these certified gluten free supplements?
