Is Immunoglobulnn A serum test for total IGA??

I have ask my child's doctor order complete celiac panel ,I know if a person lack of IGA ,it will show false negative result no matter what,I have check her report ,one item is test for immunoglobulin A serum, is this the  test for ifone have iga deficiency,anyone knows?? thanks.

That sounds like it.  And, if its just a bit low, it shouldn't affect the tests.  And it should have no effect on the IgG tests
