I was diagnosed recently too and am still looking. I use Aquaphor. I bought some gluten-free lipstick from Whole Foods. Gabriel cosmetics. I don't love the consistency of it but the color was good. Whole Foods has 2-3 brands that are gluten-free and they have a list on their website with what's at your local store. I don't know if there's one near you....

You don't have to worry if all your products are gluten-free. You only need to worry about what might be  swallowed - like lip.  Or maybe shampoo.

I use Gabriel lipstick too.  It is certified gluten free.  Red Apple is also certified gluten free (available online).   I am sure that there are other mainstream companies who manufacture lipstick that is gluten free, but the ingredient list is too tiny for me to read!  ?  My foundation is gluten free -- just a simple mineral foundation (I am kind of big on simple ingredients..  I do not worry about eye make-up.  The odds of it getting into my mouth and swallowing it are slim and none.

My daughter is Celiac and super sensitive to most makeup but she uses No 7 which you can find at most Targets. It's kinda pricey but she doesn't breakout. She is also allergic yeast & sesame seeds so we are extremely careful to read the ingredients.  When her face, neck and chest start to break out we know she was exposed to something. It's the first sign. Some say it's not enough to make a difference but with her it is. She also uses Cetaphil for her face cleanser. Lush products are 100% natural and she uses their lotion and lip scrubs without any problems.

I use Acure lotions. Love love love them! Also love LipSense lipstick and Younique stiff upper lip lip stain. I use Younique eyeliner and mascara...and a bit of blush/bronzer by Neutrogena. When I wear concealer, it's Younique. (I sell Younique now because the results are that good with no reaction.)

>.> this is odd coming from a male but I use EO hair care since they have a nice keratin infused shampoo that works great with blow drying and straightening hair with a iron. I also use Acure skin care products often like the facial wipes, and scrubs. I am currently using The sea weed company bath wash, and been using Hugo Naturals hand soap for awhile since it is one of the few to leave my hands feeling less dry. I think right now and for this month Lucky Vitamin is having a sale on personal hygiene and beauty products.

It can be overwhelming at first but you do have lots of options. Red Apple Lipstick and Acure  that others mentioned are gluten free. Gabriel Cosmetics which you can buy on-line which was also mentioned has great products. Tarte Cosmetic is gluten free. There is also a brand called 100 Percent Pure which has so many products that are gluten free which you can buy on-line. All but one of their mascaras is gluten-free.  I use Cerave creams without any issues and I am super sensitive. When in doubt contact the company - many are very helpful and if they are not I do not want to give them my business! Good Luck.

Thank you to everyone has replied and commented to my post! You have all been very helpful. I threw away a lot of my very expensive makeup and switched to gluten free brands. I mainly use Gabriel cosmetics and ZUZU Luxe  because they are certified gluten free now. I was using Tarte for a while and just figured out it has been causing me terrible migraines. I have heard that took themselves off of the gluten free list because it is cross contaminated while it is manufactured. What do people use for deodorant?

Tom of Maine myself, also on personal hygiene, almost all Colgate tooth products are gluten free.

I use Arbonne for skincare and most of my makeup (especially things like foundation and powder that cover most of my skin....since anything that goes on your skin gets absorbed into your bloodstream). It can be a little pricey (I currently get a 35% discount so that helps) but it lasts a long time, is quality, works, and is gluten free, vegan, cruelty free, etc. :) For toothpaste I tried arbonne...it's ok but I prefer tom of main or norwex toothpaste. Deoderant isn't something I thought about yet....need to look into that too! SO many things are affected. :(
