Aix en Provence

I'm studying in Aix en Provence for the next few months, and I'm looking for things to eat for lunch that are quick and cheap. I've found restaurants that are gluten-free, but they're a little pricey. Has anyone been there/have any suggestions? I've thought about just buying cheese and meat and eating lunch like that, but I'm also trying to find other options. Thanks:)

Hi. i used to love travelling through France and eating in the small towns and villages. Haven't tried it since the new diet however and so I can't be much help. When I backpacked there on a tiny budget I used to go to the small supermarkets and live on homemade sandwiches. This guide shows some of the gluten-free brands:

https://www.coeliac.org.uk/document-library/166-france/france-dec-2015.pdf

So you may be able to do the same with gluten-free goods. The same site has some gluten travel cards you can print if your french isnt tres bien.

Bon chance!
