Vitamin Deficiency Finder

So I found a really nice app for helping find deficiencies, not only does it help you nail down by what you missing, but also gives you a range of you daily needs, what foods to find them in, and helps inform you of information about said nutrients and how they interact with others and benefit your body. I have been using this for awhile when ever something odd crops up it sometimes I find is just something missing from my diet.

The newest update allows you to keep track of multiple people and profiles making it quite handy.
