Water retention from Gluten/Dairy/soy

Hey guys!

any of you retain water                  ( especially in the gut area/get a spare tire ) after eating gluten, dairy, or soy?

If so, how long does it linger after you quit eating those foods?

I think I'm currently having a reaction to some cookies I ate four days ago w soy lethicin..

ive cut out dairy and gluten, but was trying to reintroduce soy ( lethicin )

I have a issue with water retention sometimes, I find upping the vitamin C and taking extra bioflavonoids with a green tea seems to help with clearing me out. I also wear compression wear almost all day and night (had poor circulation since I was a kid)

    So first, nobody here has called you ignorant. Second, "What the animal, eats you eat" isn't correct, especially if you are implying that gluten fed animals mean that their meat would not be gluten-free. There is no research to back this up...
