Hydrolysed wheat protein in nail polish remover

Just bought some nail polish remover and realised that it contains hydrolysed wheat protein. Is this safe to use considering I'm obviously not going to consume it? Will my nails absorb the wheat protein?

You have to consume gluten for a Celiac reaction.  Hydrolized wheat should have little to no gluten left in it from what I have read.  If it were me, I would probably use what I had left but not buy any more.  I know its safe, but there is that word "wheat".  I even gave away a piece of art that I had with a picture of wheat on it.  lol
