How come gluten breads and regular cereals are enriched with vitamins, but gluten free are not? Just wondering about the phenomenon.

I think the reason for a few companies is that they are trying to be....  more "pure"?  Less artificial ingredients.  No GMOs, organic.....  that sort of thing.

Some are, but I supplement with KAL Nutritional Yeast to make up for many things that are normally added to enriched foods. Let me see if I can attach the Nutritional Label for this You can better view it and buy it  here (scroll Down) or on amazon stuff has a deep nutty flavor I use it in cheese sauce recipes, Spice Mixes (you can find these by me in the cooking section here) and mix it in with eggs. https://www.luckyvitamin.com/p-1756-kal-nutritional-yeast-flakes-22-oz

Thanks! That's a lot of good stuff in there! I'll see where else I can find it as it's out of stock right now.
