I am going on a 2-day road trip and won't have access to a stove, microwave, or fridge for 5 meals. There is no place I can eat out in the area I am in. I am strictly gluten free and dairy free. What can I bring to eat that will last? Any suggestions.

Gluten free bread bothers my stomach so not sure what else would last.

Know any healthy gluten-free & DF muffin recipes?

Here's our go to travel food box (we have this available at all times):

Nuts, dried fruit, coconut chips, veggie chips, hard salami, Kind Bars, Lara bars, fresh veggies in a cooler (just change the ice), fruit and veggie pouches  (go go squeeze, as well as other brands)
