I know that they are '' naturally gluten free '' but im not sure if they are contaminated ? Has anyone tried tassya brand ? It says that all of our konjac products are gluten free.

I use Miracle Noodle brand and they are gluten-free and come in all kinds and forms. Great for a no grain or keto diet.

Do you guys cook them in a skillet after boiling and rinsing to improve the texture? I tried some once without doing so and found them so rubbery....

Cooking to long, more then a quick dip flash boil or pan drying em makes them rubbery. Trick is to add them last to stir fry, and try not to overboil them. More you Cook e tougher the texture
