Looks good for helping your get your nutrients out of your food and breaking stuff down, I like the fact it has some magnesium citrate it. I use Super Papaya Enzymes, Jarrow Enzymes, and extra bromelain.  Might debate trying this Digestive Gold from Enzymepedia, pricing is a bit high though. What is your goal with it? Helping indigestion, better breaking down of the food you eat and nutrients?  Or is a certain food giving your issues like bloating from a carb or sugar?

Yes for better digestion and absorbing nutrients and hoping it takes away some of the gas pressure and make me regular instead of back in forth between constipation

Have you tried taking magnesium? Others could advise you better but they do seem to be effective.
