While it should be gluten free, I would stay away from whisky as it is made from gluten grains. The distilling process removes the gluten, but there is always a chance of reintroduction in the facility at some point. Rums are naturally gluten free and made from sugar cane molasses. Confirmed gluten free ones are Captain Morgan, Bacardi, and I personally use Admiral Nelsons in cooking. Be careful of anything with added flavors.

IF you have just been diagnosed I might suggest avoiding alcohol for a month or so while changing to a whole foods diet to boost the healing process.

Sensitivities/Intolerances
Peanuts (resolved 2019), Cellulose Gel, Lactose, Soy, Yeast
Olives (Seems to have resolved or gone mostly away as of Jan, 2017), Sesame (Gone away as of June 2017, still slight Nausea)
Enzyme issues with digesting some foods I have to take Pancreatic Enzymes Since mine does not work right, additional food prep steps also
Low Tolerance for sugars and carbs (Glucose spikes and UC Flares)
