Multi-Vitamin or individual supplements

While my iron and ferritin levels are now in the upper half of the normal range, vitamin b12 and folate have dropped.  I was told to stop taking my iron supplement so the only thing I am taking is calcium and vitamin d.  I feel I should be taking something else and not sure if a good multivitamin would work or a vitamin b12 pill and folate pill.  Any suggestions?  Who makes a good multivitamin.

You should go with a sublingual B12 if your levels are dropping. You may not be healed enough to get much benefit from a swallowed tablet. For the folate I would just go with a good multi. A liquid multi might be a good idea until your fully healed. Just make sure any supplements you take are gluten free. Wheat and barley grass can be included and the item may still have a gluten free label. Watch out and read all ingredients cause you don't want those.
