In a rush I bought something for my dried out lips. Oddly it made my throat feel like it was closing up and scratchy. I washed it off and found the packaging in my purse. Yup, wheat germ oil. I didn't even think to read it when I bought it. You'd think after almost 10 years I would know better.

Oddly no other reaction than the allergy-ish reaction though.

Anybody have a type of lip balm they like a lot? Preferably that doesn't taste like something (and contain wheat germ oil :rolleyes:)?

Yes! I hate lip balms that taste like anything. I want it to be tasteless. I use Blistex Simple & Sensitive

You just reminded me I just ordered some from ECO Lips...the company claims gluten free on the website....amusingly they have shaded ones also.

I have a tube of red apple's ralley lip balm (trying to bring my lips back from the brink of dehydration so I can wear lipstick again one day.)

When my lips are not so trashed and in need of tlc

I like soothing touch lavender coconut lip balm

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

She just had a stool test and it came back showing of gigantic response to gluten in her diet. What could be going on since she doesn't eat any gluten and is very careful about any...
