Stephen's gourmet hot chocolate

All but two flavors are labeled as gluten free. I e-mailed the company and they they're all made on the same equipment but the equipment is thoroughly cleaned and therefore safe. 

 

I'm not sure whether I feel comfortable with that or not. Does anyone have any experience with this brand?
