Help in Interpreting Genotyping Results

Can you help me understand these results?

Question 1: Do I have Celiac?

Question 2:  If not, what are chances of developing in future?

Question 3:  Should I have another test performed?

HLA-DQ8 -- Negative

HLA-DQA1* -- 01

HLA-DQA1* -- 05

HLA-DQB1* -- 0201

HLA-DQB1* -- 0502

TISSUE TRANSGLUTAM AB IGA -- 1 (Range: No Antibody Detected <4)

IMMUNOGLOBULIN A -- 193 (Range: 81-463 mg/dL)

Also, I have low vitamins deficiencies of B12 and D3

1.  Who knows?  Over 30% of the population has the celiac genes, but only a tiny few actually go on to develop celiac disease.

2.  Very slim....but the possibility exists.  

3.  If you want to rule out celiac disease, consider getting the full celiac panel or ask your GI for the endoscopy as some celiacs are seronegative.  

I am concerned that your doctor ordered the genetic test which typically only helps to rule out celiac disease.  It does not confirm celiac disease.
