Just beginning Gluten free to help with my Fibromyalgia

I just began eliminating gluten from my diet, including meat as well to see if it had anything to do with my fibromyalgia. It hasn’t been, but a week now however, I have had the worst gas in the world and it’s really smelly. I already take a probiotic every morning along with a Prilosec for my acid reflux. Is this excessive gas and bloating normal and will it eventually stop after my body gets used to the changes?
