*AMAZING* gluten-free hamburger buns!

I've made these twice and these are the best buns/bread I've ever cooked since being gluten-free!!!!!  HAD to SHARE!  I didn't use arrowroot and I switched the amounts for sorghum and brown rice (I love sorghum way more) and it was so good.  It smelled like... BREAD!  I used a leftover bun for toast this morning and it was amazing.... so amazing.  The second time I made it I substituted the water (1/3 cup) for gluten-free beer and well... they are so so good!
