I made Martha White Gluten Free Biscuits today. After they cooled, I ate a couple of bites. About 45 seconds into eating, I had a burning sensation in the roof of my mouth. Any idea why?

Ingredients as follows:

Palm oil, rice flour, white whole grain sorghum flour, buttermilk, potato starch, pea fiber, leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate), dextrose, tapioca starch, canola oil, salt xanthan gum.

Any information is appreciated.
