Pamela’s.  That is because it does not contain Xanthan Gum which does not agree with me.

Love almond flour, keeping it simple with just almond flour, sweetener, egg whites, salt and extract. Dust in cocoa powder and confectioner or just confectioner and bake about 22mins.  The confectioner dusting gives it a hard outside and soft inside. I sometimes add oil or coconut flour for various textures. You can also change out almond extract for lemon and add some zest for lemon cookies. Or add in some chocolate chips, if your not sugar free use real sugar instead of swereve.

Pamela's is my favorite also for things like cookies, cakes and muffins. I like Tom Sawyer to use in scalloped potatoes and such.
