Gluten Free for Months but now Develop Gut Pain and Sensitivity

I have been Gluten Free for almost 9 months and suddenly the last few days something has changed. I have experienced some cramping in my gut after eating breakfast. I am really perplex why this is happening. I usually eat the same breakfast every day and seldom get any GI issues (no bathroom issue - just cramping - it subsides after an hour or so). Could I have developed an allergy to milk or eggs or could this be CC? I wonder if this is common to develop more sensitivity to some non Gluten foods or high fiber foods or sugars that cause gas and cramping (I eat strawberries, blueberries and kiwi -and multi grain homemade breads). I am going to take cyclinglady advice from an earlier post to follow the FODMAD diet and eliminate some foods. I just hope its not CC. Any advice is helpful. Thanks
