Great chocolate chip cookie recipe

I just made the most wonderful chocolate chip cookies!

They're as easy as the Tollhouse recipe, and taste remarkably similar. The recipe calls for Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour, but I used the King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour and they came out amazing. (At my altitude (7000ft), I used almost 1/4 cup more flour, and a bit more water but I'm not sure that part was necessary.) These are gluten-free and vegan.

Now, I swear by Pamela’s flour blend.  The last time I used King Arthur’s it was a bit grainy from the rice.  My daughter and I thought that maybe our particular batch was not millled well.

Wow!  I never have to adjust for elevation!  Glad your cookies turned out so well.
