Please Help Me Find The Gluten

Recommended Posts

Okay, now I'm salivating and it's only 10 am here. And I've been doing so well on my diet (lost 4 pound, 21 to go!).

Congrats on the 4 lbs! Sorry to make you think about dessert and tempt you at 10 AM :D I'm going to check it out this weekend--thanks!

Way to go, keep up the good work with the diet! So, I don't have a TJ where I am, any others places or products? Is the Vanilla Rice Dream dairy free?

Vanilla Rice Dream is Dairy-free, gluten-free. You can find info about their other flavors on the Imagine Foods website. Sorry I don't have the link handy. There are some other flavors that are gluten-free too. It doesn't taste just like ice cream, but if you're desperate and have some toppings, it's okay. It also works well in dessert recipes where you mix ice cream with something like pumpkin pie filling or peanut butter. And it's pretty good in between cookies for a homemade ice cream sandwich. I bet if you can find a website for Sharon's Sorbet they would have a list of stores that sell their products.

Thanks for the diet encouragement. I've been eating so many gluten-free treats that it got out of hand. It's very bad to be an overweight PE teacher. (Oh boy, and here I sit at my computer on my morning off, I think I'll go to the gym...)
