Hi, I have a question hopefully someone will know, I'm in isolation due to Covid19, which means away from everyone. I cant  work, I have asked alot of people plus the goverment for help how am i suppose to get money to buy the things i need. Plus i have a serve case of Celiac with no immune system. I'm not eating the way I'm suppose to. Thank you

Hi,    Help me understand your definition of a, "Severe Case",   Do you have that as a written diagnoses from your Doctor?    Do you have a note from your Doctor not to work, with the pandemic/   BTW, Do you have DH?

I would contact your local food banks and churches that may offer food help. Also, you may want to contact the CDF www.celiac.org.

      The ulcers are prepyloric ulcers. Not sure if that makes any difference.

      I had what was termed "lesions," and normally ulcers are in the stomach, rather than the small intestines. I'm not sure why they would want you to have her continue to eat gluten, since she had a positive blood test, but as her doctor said, if she is uncomfortable and having symptoms why not have her go gluten-free at this point? If her symptoms improve, it would be another indicator that she has celiac disease and/or gluten sensitivity. This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):
