Basmati rice is supposed to be the variety least likely to cause a reaction.  

I like wild rice grown in Minnesota (by Native Americans, harvested by hand, so no cross contamination) but it's pricey.  

Science Fun Fact:  Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) is a chelator of arsenic.  Thiamine binds to the arsenic permanently and they leave they leave through the bowels.
