Svelte 2 Posted October 19, 2020 Report This Post (To report rule violations to admin) Share Posted October 19, 2020 I just was looking at some chocolate I've been buying for the past year, barkThins, and I now see on the label: May contain wheat. I sometimes have been buying things not labelled gluten free, but checking ingredients and then usually double checking on the internet to make sure it at least has the label: no known ingredients with gluten are in the item. I guess this is a good example of why you need to check the label every time and maybe is a good example of sticking to things with a Gluten Free stamp of some kind on the package. I checked chocolate about a year ago and almost none of the items had gluten in them, but today I checked a bunch again and almost all of them either had Wheat as an ingredient or a May contain Wheat warning. I finally did find a brand of chocolate gluten free: Zazubean, a company located in Vancouver.
