You might find cordyceps and reishi tincture helps, even if you identify which lectins you react to with an igg test there is still cross contamination and secondary contamination via cows and chickens that have eaten soy, I found mushroom tinctures to be the last piece of the puzzle, they stop you producing the antibodies.

I went on an elimination diet last summer. I’m reacting to so many different things but a main thing is night shades. I can handle some lectins.  I suggest keeping a good journal for symptoms. It can take up to three days to feel a reaction. I leaned that from the dietician I saw.

Wow! I’m so grateful to read this and I’ll try it. I’m a celiac since 1996. I’ve been so horribly sick this last year and doctors can’t figure it out. Constant muscle aches, basically all the symptoms you posted. Plus I can’t eat night shades and majority of lectins. It’s unbearable. Have an appointment with a GI celiac specialist but not until the end of May. Just had an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy and all they found were ulcers in my esophagus. I’m 52.

Thanks @Scott Adams for this information. I also found some options as well. One of them is also offering gluten free seafood menu with alot of options as well: https://pappadeauxmenu.com/

HI, yes I get this reaction if I eat gluten by mistake or if I eat high fodmap foods as well.  I become nauseous, vomit then it hits the muscles, my legs sometimes give out.  It takes a while to feel "normal" again.
