I thought I'd share with everyone a delicious, incredibly easy snack that I've eaten since I was a kid.

All you need is sour cream, your favorite fruits (I usually use banana, strawberries, blueberries and peaches if they are in season). Cut up the fruit add the sour cream and add a little bit of sweetner and you have a yummy treat. A lot of people do this with yogurt, but give it a try with sour cream It's great.

I'll have to convince my son to try this. He LOVES sour cream, and would rather die than eat a piece of fruit. (unless it's wrapped in a pie shell.)
