Does anyone use toothpaste that is gluten, dairy, soy and corn free?

Any ideas about what kind of Calcium supplement to take or multivitamin?

Holding back on brushing my teeth today, (only using water), so please answer soon. :)

I use baking soda, works great without worries. Also, check out these vitamins (they have hypoallergenic ones).

Go to 'products', to 'multivitamins', to 'super-Nu-thera', to the hypoallergenic link.

Hi Ursula,

Danke for your advice. I am going to go out and buy some baking soda when my daughter wakes up.

Do you delute the baking soda with a lot of water?

I could not follow the link for the multivitamins. Could you check that again?

Thanks a lot.

We typically use Toms of Maine or other natural brands like Weleda, but you could certainly make your own paste with a combination of fresh mint leaves, baking soda, and a bit of water. Just keep a mint plant by your sink and pestle/mortar for mixing together a paste for use (if you don't mind the time involved).

For multivitamins, we use American Health for the girls and I use EmergenC with calcium. It may have a bit of fructose, but I don't know that it is corn derived? We have had good luck with those products. I buy online from www.vitacost.com (I think?) usually I just go to froogle and see who has the best price.

:)
