Kooky Cookies

Recommended Posts

Here's an easy recipe for "cookies" that kids love and I've had it since before going gluten-free.

1 large bag Freetos corn chips

1 C light corn syrup

1 C sugar

1 C peanut butter

Dump the corn chips onto a cookie sheet. Mix corn syrup and sugar in saucepan and cook just until it comes to full boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Drizzle over the corn chips. Cut into squares when cool.

This has a nice salty-sweet taste.
