Since You've Been gluten-free

Recommended Posts

It typically takes me about a week to get over a glutening, dairy-ing or too much fat, but the last 2 times, it's only taken me 4-5 days. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy as a clam that it's not taking as long to get back to normal now, but I'm wondering why. Is it because I'm healing?

I've started taking these capsules called BCQ by Vital Nutrients. My Naturopath recommended them for when I get glutened and they have really helped. I'm wondering if they are responsible solely for the lesser "sick time" or if it's because I've been gluten-free for over 5 months or if it's a combination of both.

Any ideas?
