Checker's French Fries

Are Checkers drive through french fries gluten-free, company won't respond. They don't appear to be, b/c they look like they have batter on them? And seaonings. And there's no nutritional info or ingredients to look at from what I looked at.

I'd never trust fries from a fast food place. Too many chances for contamination while being prepared. If they are seasoned, I'd be doubly doubtful, and obviously if they are battered then no way.
