Glutened....with Flour.

Recommended Posts

I was almost glutened and hopefully nothing will happen since it touched my lips...but I did'nt actually eat it.

I noticed the bread was unusually light.....

And the dear friend said.....you said its gluten, wheat, rye, barely and oats...,,,,I only put white flour in there...

Lord.....

Big reason why I say "I can't eat any flour" instead of "I can't eat gluten" to someone who doesn't know what gluten is yet.

Hope it doesn't get too bad for you .. xx

wheat free & yeast free since may '06

It never ceases to amaze me that so many grown people don't know that white flour is made from wheat. What exactly do they think it's made from? Something called "white"?
