The only M&M'S that are not ok are the crispy ones. Reeses are ok except for the cookie ones. The only issue I can see is a possible cross contamination but I eat them all the time and have not had a reaction :rolleyes::rolleyes: They are my favorite, in fact people have asked me about how I put weight on, I was so thin for a couple of years and I always say one M&M at a time!:rolleyes:

Effem who makes M & M's is just like Kraft and Hershey. They will disclose if the product is even made in a factory that produces wheat or gluten products. As they have told me they are made in a separate facility and I have never been glutened by them and I am highly sensitive.
