Did you get your brownie/cake mix? The one i made was Pamela's Irresistable Brownie Mix- the one that says you won't believe its gluten free! I really couldn't tell- and taste tested three family members including my very discerning three year old who LOVED it....no one could tell it wasn't my much loved chocolate cake recipe :) Have you ever tried the Bob's Brownie mix? i got my mix from Kroger in the natural foods section. hope your mix came , and its delicious!! :)

Well I hope you enjoy it as much as i did...my hubby was busted twice having a midnight snack of the gluten-free cake!! Pamela's is the best :) i love it bunches....i thought about trying the bobs just to see if it was as good- bobs also makes a choc chip cookie mix that will be essential if my three year old is diagnosed....Kroger here and Publix carry both as far as I know...kroger for sure tho...

Next time i am making it with some expresso to give a diff flavor just to mix it up :)

Thanks for sharing Scott. Congratulations on having a gluten-free daughter as well makes me proud

My daughter is 19 and is gluten-free, and for her high school seemed to be the hardest period to deal with. Peer pressure was intense and it sometimes led her to cheat on her diet. She is doing much better with it now.

Do you have officially diagnosed celiac disease? Or are you not a celiac but gluten sensitive?
    • Gluten Free Jeff
In general I guess. I wasn't gluten free until I graduated highschool.
