Are the turkeys people cook for Thanksgiving gluten free? What types? Thanks.

As with everything else in the gluten-free life you will have to read the label. After that disclaimer I have found alot of turkeys are gluten-free as long as there is not any stuffing in it! I did a natural turkey last year but I remember others purchased commercials ones with no problems.

Most turkeys are gluten free, but some contain a gravy packet in them that is NOT gluten free. You should be able to check the labels. I usually get Norbest. It says gluten free right on the label. It is always juicy and tender.
