Hi everyone,

I should know the answer to this already, having been gluten-free since the summer of 03', but I've always avoided most nuts, thinking they were somehow not safe for us Celiacs. I thought I had read somewhere a long time ago that macadamia nuts especially were not safe. I know this makes no sense and I must have been reading a very unreliable site at the time, but I wanted to ask if nuts are a part of your diet and what brand you eat. I have a can of Planters Deluxe Mixed Nuts here (made by Kraft of course) and there's nothing on the label that would scare me, but since this hasn't been a part of my diet for so long I wanted to double-check and get some opinions. Thanks!

If it is Kraft and no gluten listed.......it should be fine.
