Best Books On Celiac? Recommendations?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

i hope this is the correct place to post, can anyone recommend some of the best books on celiac?

Im looking for some which are more in depth rather than just introductory and by some of the leading researchers/doctors rather than dieticians etc.

thanks,

Celiac Disease; A Hidden Epidemic - Peter Green M.D.

Dangerous Grains - James Braly M.D. and Ron Hoggan

Wheat Free Worry Free - Danna Korn - a more general book, but very good

I would agree with the previous poster. Wheat Free Worry Free is warm and fuzzy and a great read. Dangerous Grains is very liberal and Dr. Greene's book is more conservative and based on today's concrete scientific evidence. I thought all three were very good and beneficial in their own way. They each add something. :) Good luck!

:D These are my recommendations, too!

I read Dangerous Grains when I was first diagnosed a year and a half ago, and I'm re-reading it now.
