I tried mixing my own once and wasn't that good- could be me. I have since then tried Bob's Red Mill and Pam's baking mix . I think it is mostly because I just don't take the time to mix my own. But they seem to work well when doing a quick cook.

I HAVE!!!! The Gluten Free Pantry's Quick Mix works one for one in every Bisquick Baking Mix recipe that I have tried so far! I LOVE making the impossible chicken broccoli cheese pie... it's amazing... I've made easy biscuits with it, I've made onion rings and chicken nuggets with it, I've made pancakes and muffins with it... it's just my favorite mix all around. (I just made pancakes with it this morning and there were none left even my non gluten-free hubby ate like six of them...)
