Positive Coping

Recommended Posts

Tonight for dinnner I had a what I consider a throw-back meal. Cheeseburger (on gluten free toast), potato chips, pickles and washed it all down with a "New Grist". All while chatting on this board. Does it get any better than that?

Glad to hear you beer shipment arrived :D . You sound happy and sassy. :D

Best to Meg.

PS: You need to critique the beer...how good is it and how does it compare, while you are sitting back, happy as a cat. B)

The beer is good. I can still remember the first gluten free meal I ate over 18 months ago. Boiled potatoes and mixed veggies with a glass of water (too scared to eat anything else). As far as I was concerned my life was over. The point is for all of you just starting out is that "anything is possible". Looking back I now understand that the rest of my life was just starting. Good luck to all and cheers!
